Person who download App and register can be access only free sample videos and any free content on Application. Paid user after subscription and payment will be able to use all material of their package taken up to the duration of package taken. Paid user will also be eligible to access any new content added (Video lectures/Q bank/MCQ bank) of subscribed subject till their subscription end. Turning brain has full authority to add/modify any content time to time. Although all material is taken from standard books and best presented in video lectures but turning brain/author will not be legally responsible for any error. 3 D diagrams are taken from standard books and internet and turning brain is using them only for student’s education purpose only so turning brain is not responsible for any error of those diagrams or any copy right. Mobile Id is taking as unique ID for subscription purpose so material will be access only for the mobile device on which they had taken the subscription. Their subscription will not work on any other mobile/desktop/laptop. If they change mobile the subscription will no longer work and user is fully responsible for their loss of subscription. Any content of App is download prohibited. It is advisable to see free video lectures before taking subscription. Company is not at all responsible for any refund.

Refund policy

If any user has complaints regarding the working of App Turning Brain, we are ready to assist them and help them out as quickly as possible. If a user has login issues, we will reset the account details once the account details are verified manually. However, we will not issue refunds to any user once they have completed the payment.
